Well I guess I will be boycotting Hobby Lobby #wtf

What the hell kind of store policy is this? I spotted this on the front door of the Hobby Lobby in Kennesaw, GA.

Public Notice
The Company retains the right to Search and Question Any Person Entering the Premises.
Any personal belongings may be searched, including, but not limited to: packages, parcels, purses, handbags, briefcases, lunch boxes, and automobiles in the parking lot. Any company property may also be searched, including desks, files, lockers, or any other area on the premises.

Persons entering the premises who refuse to cooperate with this policy will be escorted from the premises.
Employees refusing to cooperate with this policy may be subject to discipline, up to and including termination.

I usually stop at Hobby Lobby every so often to pick up canvases for painting, since they are sold at a decent price. But I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere, to one of the many other craft and art supply stores throughout the area.

I realize I could simply refuse being searched or questioned and simply leave. But what is the point of having a blatant threat posted right there on the door like that? Messed up, in my opinion.
