This is the front of the house.
There are two bedrooms there.
This is the most you can see of the next door neighbor's house on that side. Around the back of the house there is a lot of foliage completely blocking the view to their property.
The side view, you can't even see the other neighbor's house at all. There are lots of mature trees and brush and shit there.
The front of the house is slightly landscaped.
Back of the house. Again, it needs some cleanup as far as the plants and shit. You can see there is a backdoor to the ground level backyard through the garage. Also the little window is to a full bathroom in the basement...Kinda creepy to take a poo in there at ground level? Also what the fuck is that silver thing attached to the back of the house? Just weird.
The deck off the dining room. Piece of shit and not built to code. Probably old and needs to be replaced to be safe with any type of extra weight.
As you can see a lot of mature trees come about 10 feet or so from the back deck. Probably several hundred dollars in tree trimming charges.
Side view to the neighbor's house from the back deck.
Second back door onto the deck. Stupid place to put a chimney at the end of the roof like that. Just asking for crud to accumulate and have a roof leak. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to find it leaked at that spot.
The backyard everything is covered in english ivy. I didn't see any poison ivy but I didn't look that close. I guess poison ivy is common around here.
As you can see it is wooded with some mature/immature trees yet it is "bright" the tree canopy doesn't occlude the light too badly.
The view from the back deck of the backyard. Overgrown. Yard work nightmare!
Here's a shot of the lot itself.

i like it my place is all newly developed neighborhood that is overpriced and all the trees within a 20 block radius have been slaughtered :(
It seems to have a cool layout, but the yard work would be back breaking.
Looks good, reminds me of my old place.
