December 27th, 2010. Two teens outside a Wal-Mart in Mentor, Ohio, were carjacked by Randall Woodley. Mr. Woodley apparently didn't have plans beyond stopping at a gas station for a pack of smokes and then getting dropped off somewhere about 25 miles away from the Wal-Mart. Mr. Woodley was busted after news outlets published surveillance video from the gas station.
