According to the police report, a police officer in East Liverpool, Ohio, noticed a Ford Explorer nearly crash into a schoolbus. Then driving erratically until finally drifting into the middle of the roadway and stopping. When the police officer approached the car, the nodding-out driver said he was taking the female in the passenger seat, who was turning blue, to the hospital, and attempted to drive away before the police officer took the keys. After reviving the two with narcan, police found a pinkish colored substance in an envelope in the vehicle. The child in the back, the son of the female, was sitting there observing the entire thing.
