This house was digusting and dirty on the inside. The carpet smelled like urine. The backdoor had obviously been kicked in at some point. The walls were filthy in every room. Going down to the basement, the real estate agent started to gag so I went it alone. I was overwhelmed by the smells. Eventually my real estate agent had to step out and I explored the house alone while holding my breath. The odor was a mixture of cigarettes, piss, and wet dog. Very very very strong smells in that house. Throughout the house the carpet would need to be pulled up, and the subfloors even replaced. Also paint throughout the entire house. Probably 5 layers. It was really bad on the interior.
The yard was well-landscaped and looked nice.
